Avoid Mexican ATM Fees!

I saved over $16 by pushing the “decline” button at this ATM in Mexico. Don’t ever accept the proposed currency conversion rate at a foreign ATM machine. Pushing “decline” forces the transaction to go thru in pesos and then your bank will convert it to dollars. And the ATM owner doesn’t get rich when you push decline.
