If the pandemic taught me one thing, it’s not to wait. Not to procrastinate. Not to “do something later.” None of us know how long we have to live – or if the things we want to do will still exist in the future. And even if we are alive, maybe the future holds mobility impairments that will prevent us from doing the things we can do today.
As I started to edit this video about Art and Beer near Todos Santos in the Baja Peninsula of Mexico, I started thinking about the other things I’ve passed by with the intention of going later. Or the places I’ve been but wanted to return to only to find that they shut down during the pandemic.
So this video is part tour of Art & Beer and part my musings on why you should move to Mexico before retiring.
So stop waiting. Do not wait until your retire. Plan that trip. Visit that restaurant. Learn to SCUBA dive. Life is only about experiences and you never know when your time will run out.
