Magote Beach is a long peninsula that divides the inner and outer bays of La Paz in Baja California Sur.
It’s a great place to watch dolphins and whales. It’s also great for sledding in the dunes or driving your four-wheeler on the beach.
It’s not good for getting your RAV4 stuck in the sand dune on the way out. Fortunately, some very kind Mexican men helped push us up the hill. Unfortunately, I left about half my clutch on that hill.
