I Spent HOURS Wandering The Streets of San Miguel de Allende!

San Miguel de Allende Mexico has attracted artists for over a hundred years. And many of those artists have become masters of murals and street art. I had a few hours between meetings and captured the murals I found while wandering the streets. This tour is mostly filmed in the San Antonio neighborhood, but I found that the Barrio Guadalupe neighborhood (thus my mistake from the voice over) actually has more street art. But I’m not sure of that. Most of this art in San Antonio has been painted in the last 4 years as none of it shows up on Google Maps Street View.

I noticed that the streets are works of art even without the murals. The doors, hardware, even the brickwork is pure art!

San Miguel de Allende is a gorgeous town just 4 hours northwest of Mexico City. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
