We thought we found rat poop all over our house in Mexico. But, it turns out it was only gecko poop. Find out how to tell the difference between rat poop and gecko poop.

We bought rat traps after seeing the “rat poop” all over our house. But a little research (after catching zero rats) found that geckos have similar size and shape poop. But with one distinction: there is a little white dot at the end. Gecko Poop: white dot. Rat Poop: no while dot.
