The Food Was Amazing, EXCEPT the CRICKET TACOS! | NIM, La Paz

I’ve eaten chapulines (crickets) before, but never a full taco with hundreds of them. That proved to be too much for me. Everything else on the menu at NIM was amazing and I didn’t leave a morsel on my plate. But the crickets – I couldn’t get past the first bite.
