Tim and Julie bought a lot outside La Paz Mexico 20 years ago. They just completed construction of their tiny home. BTW – they started construction last year – not 20 years ago.
The invited us out to their housewarming party. They are completely off-grid with solar power and trucked in water. But the best part is the view: dolphins, whale sharks and occasional grey whales.
This past Sunday before our happy hour at El Mezquite Verde in El Centenario, Kat and I went to their housewarming party.
